Job Description: Responsibilities: Audit Related Tasks • Supervise engagement team and review staff prepared work papers and programs. • Perform preliminary and final analytical reviews. • Organize engagement planning meetings with engagement team and prepare planning memorandums. • Research audit issues and present conclusions to Managers and Principals. • Perform engagement wrap up procedures including quality control and finalization of client deliverables. • Fraud interviews with upper management. General Tasks • Oversee, train, and develop staff as well as provide informal and formal feedback regarding their performance. • Review and maintain budgets. • Maintain constant communication with Human Resources Coordinators regarding workload for yourself and your staff in order to ensure full utilization. • Keep partners updated about the status of the engagement. • Maintain client relations. • Answer various questions from staff that is working on engagements. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: CPA and current public accounting experience required No relo, local candidates only Experience: • 5-7 Years in a Public Accounting Environment. • Experience with Accounting related software desired (i.e. Go-Systems, CCH). Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work within a team environment.
