Tax Supervisor - 9848

Job Description: Responsibilities • Supervise Tax preparation of federal, state and local tax returns (corporate and partnership). Plus notices and tax audits as required • Supervises preparation of corporate estimated tax payments. • Supervises preparation of FAS 109 provisions and effective tax rate reconciliations. • Supervises preparation of annual tax return true-up of tax provisions and tax account reconciliations. • Prepares tax footnotes and related disclosures. • Prepares IRS IDR responses. • Conducts tax research and prepare technical memorandum as required. • Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley internal control procedures.   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Required: • Bachelors degree in Accounting • Extensive in the responsibilities stated above. • Minimum of five years experience in tax   Preferred Qualifications: CPA and / or Masters is a plus   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: Certified Public Accountant   Licenses: None
