Job Description: BANKRUPTCY: negotiation with all classes of constituents, communication of a turnaround or recovery plan, development of consensus to confirm a plan of reorganization and evaluation of proposed asset sales, debtor in possession (DIP) financing and retention bonuses. The services provided include: Business and strategic planning Cash flow management Chapter 11 debtor & creditor services Claims management Operational improvements Out-of-court restructuringsLITIGATION: Our Business Dispute Analysis group has provided support for leading law firms and corporations on some of the largest and most complex litigation in the country. We are called on when companies are confronted with situations that demand expert analysis of business information that goes far beyond a companys day-to-day capabilities. Responsiblities include: Business dispute and litigation, Settlement negotiations, Regulatory challenges, Insured losses, Pricing issues, Fraud, Financial restatements   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: 10-20 years of Big 4 Audit or Consulting with the CPA OR similar consulting experience with a top school MBA   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: None   Licenses: None
