Manager, Real Estate Tax - 10250

Job Description: • Lead and supervise preparation of tax returns, with emphasis on complicated tax work, covering multi- state, multi owner K1s, etc. • Supervise the preparation of high net work tax returns of business owners. • Lead tax planning • Collaborate with in-house financial planning to identify cross-market business development opportunities   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Qualifications • 5-15+ years of relevant, progressive experience in tax accounting • Specific expertise preparing tax returns for Real Estate Developers, Construction and Multi-Unit Commercial Building owners • CPA required   Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency with Pro System FX and Lacerte tax software a plus   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: Certified Public Accountant   Licenses: None
