VP / Director Product Control Process Change - 103...

Job Description: Work with the process owners responsible for identifying process improvement initiatives and introducing flexible process models that are executable, entity neutral, and aligned with business strategy. Accountable for ensuring that these business process initiatives deliver value to the line and the value is measurable. Specifically, working closely with the project teams (both SPC and IT) and involved in providing, coordinating and supporting all functional requirements of a program/project. This may include assisting in the development of business cases including identification of quantifiable benefits; providing process map details, business requirements, test scenarios, line resources required for testing and training; as well as communicating the impact of the business process changes to the process owner and throughout the organization. Also continually measuring the performance of a process and its related systems and be able to re-design and introduce changes that are required to control and improve the process. This candidate will participate in establishing the investment portfolio as well as provide a justification and priority for their specific program/project.   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Process knowledge of the product control business processes. Knowledge of credit products, particularly loans. Technical/business skills and knowledge. Understanding of system processes.   Preferred Qualifications: Should have held a product control line position and have supervisory experience.   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: None   Licenses: None
