Senior Director, Financial Reporting - 9101

Job Description: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • External (SEC) reporting along with related disclosure review • Assist with inquiries of institutional investors and members of the Board of Directors and Senior Management • Manage the global consolidations and financial close process • Responsible for financial reporting to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other key primary stakeholders • Coordinate on appropriate implementation strategies for changes in accounting standards along with the creation of new accounting policies • Leverage technology and focus on continuous improvement in the financial statement close process • Assist on due diligence for M&A activity • Create and execute integration plans for acquired entities and new businesses   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: • CPA • Big Four experience • SEC reporting experience • 8+ years professional experience in accounting and reporting • Large multi-national company experience   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: None   Licenses: None
