Tax Manager - Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Accounting and IT to implement Tax Stream (and potentially other software solutions) to streamline the Company’s tax reporting and compliance processes.


• Calculate of the company’s worldwide consolidated income tax provision and related US GAAP financial statement disclosures


• Act as the Company’s primary liaison with external auditors as it relates to the tax provision.


• Coordinate the preparation of the company’s US, state and local income tax returns, as well as foreign subsidiary returns


• Develop and maintain the worldwide corporate income tax compliance calendar.


• Working with outside advisors and worldwide tax personnel to manage worldwide income tax audits.


• Assist with other special projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA/MST or JD/LLM


• Minimum 3+ years FAS 109 experience; 10+ years overall tax experience


• Significant Microsoft application skills


• Project management skills; proven track record of managing projects and outstanding organizational skills


• Strong written and oral communication skills
