Global Tax Director

Fortune global high-end manufacturing conglomerate (headquartered in Northeast New Jersey and leader in their industry) seeks (CPA a must) (MBA a +) with 8 yrs diverse international tax compliance, planning and structuring.  Responsible for all aspects of global business operations and oversee global tax functions.  Expert knowledge of FIN 48 and FAS 109.  Management of foreign tax credits, earnings and profits, and foreign source income reporting.  Plan and execute tax strategies and report global tax impact of international transactions and planning.  Manage the design, implementation and reporting of international planning and transfer pricing/tax strategies.  Maintain thorough knowledge of tax laws, regulations and accounting.  Liaise with many leaders and functions across the globe.  Report directly to CFO and ability to present information to board of directors.  Manufacturing industry a +; public accounting (Big 4 a +) or legal experience a +.  JD a +, Japanese GAAP/tax a +.  Microsoft Office Suite.  Hyperion a +.
