Our client is looking to make a key hire in their External Reporting team. The candidate will be responsible for: Coordinating the compilation and filing of SEC reports (Forms 10Q, 10K, and 8K) Presentation of the financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, changes in equity, comprehensive income and cash flows) The update and development of footnotes and related schedules, and the drafting of managements discussion and analysis. Monitor, review and assess impact of relevant FASB, SEC and other regulatory guidance to ensure compliance. Who we are looking for :
The ideal candidate should have: Bachelors degree in Accounting minimum of 10 years of work experience Public Accounting and then working in a bank is ideal. Whats on offer :
