1.       Manage and develop a team of 16 Margin professionals

2.       Participate in Sales calls with prospective and current Prime Brokerage clients

3.       Produce business specification documents to allow the Technology development team to make system changes to currently inefficient systems and processes.  This role would also involve UAT testing of system changes and formal signoff of system releases.

4.       Interface with the client, Merrill Lynch management, Prime Brokerage Client service, Sales, etc regarding margin and risk issues.

5.       Thoroughly understand the legal structure, business, and trading strategies for all clients.

• Accounting or Finance degree, CPA or CFA preferable
• In-depth knowledge of prime brokerage and hedge fund trading strategies
• Familiarity with margin/capital regulations (15c3-1; NYSE Rule 431; FRB Regulation T & U, Client Portfolio Margining)
• Knowledge of enhanced leverage products
• Project management experience
• 5-10 years management experience covering multiple functions across multiple locations
• Excellent presentation skills
