Senior Associate

Senior Associate position with PE firm.  This is a really terrific opportunity at a level more senior than usually available to get on with one of the best boutique PE shops in South Florida.  This position is with an absolutely terrific team of mentors and leaders. 

We are looking for an extremely sharp Senior Associate with bulge bracket IB M&A experience and bulge bracket consulting experience post MBA.  We are looking for someone who has completed at least a two + year bulge bracket analyst position in an IB M&A group and spent at least a year with a bulge bracket consulting firm.  We are looking for someone who is used to the rigor, work ethic, dynamism, fast pace, attention to detail and exceptional work output found in the top IB firms’ M&A groups but with the low ego to achievement ratio and great team skills necessary for working in the shared equity risk environment of PE.  We are looking for exceptional M&A valuation, financial analysis and modeling skills.  We are looking for someone immediately: the position is open due to growth.    Great team, great firm, great scope of work and client focus, great atmosphere, Position is located in Miami.

Position is in Miami. Targeting small to midcap, min $5mm positive ebitda companies.  Extremely interesting, high profile position, very dynamic and demanding environment.  Very challenging and Very rewarding.  Must have high achievement to ego ratio (or low ego to achievement ratio), must work well in teams, must have pedigreed IB M&A analyst or Associate background and be Associate level. Must have very high mental horsepower, excellent business sense, outstanding Quant and modeling skills, able to work very efficiently and effectively without much supervision.  This is a very hands on, lean team.  Must love digging deep into the analysis and delivering flawless work.  No relo package.  If you want the incredible benefit and balance of living and working in Miami while working in PE and you have the IB M&A experience.
