Business Process Analyst - Senior (41424)

Duties and Responsibilities: CACI will analyze, develop, configure and refine business processes and data structures of a large Federal agency within the U.S. Government which will use the Momentum Financials application, a COTS Financial management system from CGI for Defense and Federal agencies.  We are looking for candidates with strong analysis skills and the desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment to help analyze, configure, test, and implement the new business architecture.   Responsibilities include:

• Work with the client to understand the existing financial management business processes,
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of business process/configuration analysis team - manage task assignments so that activities are completed as required by the overall project schedule,
• Work with the implementation team to develop and refine the Momentum Financials implementation blueprint,
• Coordinate communications with the development team to support the design and development of any required interfaces, software enhancements and/or reports,
• Support preparation of required documentation, as required by the customer,
• Coordinate and support development and execution of test plan and test scripts to ensure the configuration meets the requirements,
• Support client acceptance testing prior to migration into production environment,
• Mentor and train junior staff by sharing best practices and lessons learned from past implementation efforts.
• Candidate might identify process improvement opportunities. 

  Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of experience in system implementation and configuration analysis strongly preferred.  
• Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage activities of a team is required.  
• Previous experience with Momentum Financials or FFS will be a plus. 
• Previous experience with implementing and configuring financial management systems for government agencies will be a plus.
• Candidate should exhibit a superior degree of discretion and autonomy.
• Bachelors or Masters degree with a concentration in Business, Information Systems or related field, and seven to nine years of experience.  
• Ability to travel up to 75% as required.
