Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager has the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate preparation of consolidated actual, forecast and budgeted financial statements in Hyperion Enterprise


• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K & Proxy)


• Prepare financial reporting for Management and the Board of Directors


• Analyze financial statements


• Draft and maintain corporate policies and procedures


• Ensure all reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards and organizational policies


• Monitor Hyperion administration


• Determine opening balance sheet for new acquisitions


• Review and approve monthly account reconciliations for holding companies


• Review press releases and conference call data sheets


• Review debt covenant calculations 


• Prepare monthly, year-end and budget reporting instructions for subsidiaries


• Monitor and address intercompany balance issues

Requirements

• 
  

  BS/BA in Accounting required; Master’s Degree & CPA designation preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Five years progressive public accounting experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in MS Office including:  Excel, Word and PowerPoint; as well as Hyperion Enterprise

  
  


• 
  

  Well developed written and verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well with all levels within Lincoln Electric and external organizations
