Sr. Tax Manager - MWH 0831- 4

We are a midsize CPA firm in the DC area that is offering a very unique opportunity to join our firm.

Due to the pending retirement of some of our firm partners, we are proactively searching for an experienced Sr. Tax Manager that can step into a Partnership role within the next few years.

We are seeking a proven Tax Manager that has 7 plus years of experience within a public accounting firm. Partnership track is required for this opportunity. We are a growth-oriented public accounting firm, with a highly diversified and loyal client base.

Requirements:

• 7 plus years experience overseeing Tax personnel at a reputable CPA firm.

• Must have experience working with a variety of different clients, including Partnerships, S & C Corporations, Governmental, Retirement Plans, etc.

• New business development.

• CPA certification is required.

• BIG 4 or experience at a national or regional CPA firm is preferred.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

• $100,000-$150,000 (based on experience)

• Performance based bonuses. (10%-25% based on billable hours)
