Deputy Executive Director

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of managing financial and operational aspects of the organization.
• Manage international office openings and activities.
• Oversee Finance, HR, IT, and regional operations.
• Develop and implement internal controls.
• Review financial, accounting and budgeting procedures.
• Manage investments and cash flow.
• Oversee organizational risk and subsequent audits.
• Negotiate and approve contractual and legal documents.
• Review and oversee professional services and vendor contracts.
• Review and maintain insurance coverage.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting/Finance required

• CPA or MBA preferred

• 10 - 12 years experience as a senior financial and operations manager;
• INTERNATIONAL non-profit experience required (larger than $25 million), as well as a multi-office environment.
• USAID grant management experience required.
