Director Of Treasury

Our client, a rapidly growing New York based Service organization seeks Director of Treasury. Prepare cash forecasts on a rolling 5-day, 30-day and high level 12-month basis. Supervise daily cash management function including review of cash position, and confirmation of investment or revolver transactions. Maintain relationships with banks. Confirm wire transfers. Monitor compliance with loan and indenture agreements. Coordinate quarterly investor call. Handle bond and LOC portfolio. Responsible for corporate insurance portfolio; including Property, Casualty, D&O, Workers’ Compensation, and other policies insuring that all risks and exposures are properly insured. Facilitate the renewal of the insurance program . Report claims to insurance companies and broker, monitor ongoing status of claims. Oversee Payroll function insuring timely processing of payroll data and funding to ADP. Manage and provide leadership to Treasury and Payroll Managers and subordinates. Report on return on investment for all major capital projects


Skills - 10 + years of recent related experience in Treasury/Cash management. Need to be a smart, adaptable professional with strong "business acumen". Strong analytical abilities. Strong Excel user with working knowledge of Treasury Management systems and processes. Strong communications skills Strong Project management skills . Hyperion/Hyperion Essbase exp a plus. Ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and be hands on in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment.
