DESCRIPTION: Provide Program Cost Management support for the Global Hawk MP-RTIP program. Responsibilities include: preparation of program cost reports, both internal reports and external CDRL Cost Performance Reports, Contract Fund Status Reports, EAC analysis, contract funding analysis, budget advice preparation, and misc ad hoc requirements to support program management. Candidate must be well organized and have the ability to work independently. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, plus a minimum of 10 years experience in Cost, Schedule, Financial Reporting and developing EACs and EVMS; 8 years experience with MBA. Candidate must have experience with SAP and Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
