Network Communications Systems is seeking a Earned Value Subject Matter Expert responsible for overseeing adherence to company and government EVM policy. Provide expert level oversight of the Operating Units EVM programs insuring compliance with ANSI/EIA-748 32 EVM guidelines and NGIS System Description. Responsibilities include EVM implementation, IBR preparation/training, EVM training, internal surveillance reviews, DCMA/DCAA audit support, EVM software tools planning/management, tracking of program performance, and other program support tasks. Basic Qualifications: Candidate should have an advanced understanding of earned value management, scheduling, and EVMS processes and procedures; able to develop and deliver EVM training; Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field (a must) and 10 plus years EVM/Project Control experience; and requires advanced understanding and application of earned value management policy/principles. A plus is experience with MPM, wInsight, and Microsoft Project. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision, ability to work with all levels of management, must be able to manage and work in a team environment, and must have experience dealing with government customers and agencies such as DCMA, DCAA, DCARC, etc. Travel required occasionally.
