Real Estate Tax – high level, partner, director or senior manager. Knowledgeable in real estate taxation but also be able to handle the tax needs of the owner of the business (i.e. HNT individual, to a lesser extent trusts and entity taxation). Not just looking for a big 4 guy who know real estate tax and nothing else. Need someone who is well rounded, fits into the tyhe Firm’s mold and is very good with real estate.

High Net Worth Individual, estates and trusts. – higher level manager, senior manager. Again someone who is well rounded and can fit the Firm’s mold but needs to be able to handle big HNW account and family.
