A minimum of eight years in financial reporting environment for large multinational organization. Must be able to demonstarte the ability to work with multiple balance sheets in a manual control environment.
Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work additional hours, as needed.
Audit and/or insurance accounting experience is required. Prior work experience in a large, international company is required.
Prior experience supervising a staff of 6-8 analysts is required.

Chartis International has an opportunity for a Manager, Regional Financial Analysis in our Accounting department.
As a Manager of Regional Financial Analysis you will be responsible for:
Meet expanded needs of department related to IPO readiness and organizational changes designed to strengthen financial closing process.
Supervising day to day operations of Regional Financial Analysis staff.
Establishing procedures to identify deficiencies in the GAAP (i.e.SI) reporting of the Companys local offices.
Establishing procedures to accurately record equity accounting of subsidiary operations.
Coordinating activities with consolidations unit & controllers group.
Development & training of staff.
Development of formal documentation of Closing processes.
