Corporate Tax Manager

Prepare Federal and State Individual, Partnership, Trust and Corporate tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, and LLC’s
-Research and consult on various tax matters.
-Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
-Consult, work with, and service client to make recommendations on business and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client.
-Gather data and reconcile to financial statements
-Develop tax package data requests; instruct staff on tax adjustments and implementation of tax application systems.



Requirements:
5+ years public accounting or public / private experience
CPA preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Strong communication skills
Excel, Word, RIA, CCH, BNA (research, projections), and Fast Tax
Experience preparing and filing Federal and Multi-State Individual, Partnership, Trust and Corporate tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, and LLC’s)
