Senior Manager-Supply Chain Finance

Our client, a billion $ global manufacturer and marketer of consumer products is looking for a Senior Manager for their Supply Chain Finance group. This individual will be a business partner with two Vice Presidents and will support the North American supply chain groups for two major business lines. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating all sourcing contracts, prepare all necessary financial analysis and evaluations (contract negotiation and purchase prices, variances,etc. The person will also prepare monthly reporting of KPI metrics, and Supply chain business analysis for market price drivers, purchase price variance, etc. Will supervise a staff of two.

Requirements:  Degree in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain. MBA a plus.

8-12 years broad financial analysis experience including at least 3 years in the supply chain finance area with another major, consumer products company (THIS IS A MUST- NO FLEXIBILITY). 

• Be experienced and savvy to "negotiate with negotiators" and develop outstanding relationships with both vendors and internal "customers".

Strong financial and analytical aptitude; ability to produce accurate and timely information; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong focus on external events/benchmarking; economics background a strong plus; strong PC skills and highly proficient in ERP systems, Excel, Access and or other database software; working knowledge of Hyperion Pillar, Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint).
