Glocap Search is an international executive search boutique focused on placing professionals into Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Based in NYC, we also have offices in San Francisco, LA, Seattle and London.

We are actively seeking a Global Head of our Investment Banking Practice. This is a management position tasked to build our Investment Banking Practice globally. As such, the Global Head will manage a team of recruiters across all of our geographies and will drive revenue for the pre- and post-MBA search business.

This is an outstanding business opportunity for an individual with INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE to leverage Glocap’s existing book of business/strong industry connections.

To be considered for a position as a recruiter at Glocap Search, prior search firm experience is NOT required. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

(1) Top undergraduate degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.

(2) Work experience as an investment banker, management consultant, private equity professional, venture capitalist, corporate development professional, hedge fund professional, or asset manager.

(3) Strong personal and professional network

(4) Strategic thinker; natural business builder

(5) Outstanding interpersonal skills and charisma

(6) Self-motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit

(7) Entrepreneurial

(8) International work experience a plus
