Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Development for a Publicly Traded Industry Leader in Atlanta GA.

Responsible for the management of mergers and acquisitions strategy and implementation, in addition to developing and directing the long-term strategic planning process for the organization.   Assists with communications strategy and outreach with potential and existing investors and/or financial community.  The ideal candidate will have Merger & Acquisition experience, Modeling experience, and Valuation experience. Must have a strong finance background.

• Involved with all aspects of the policies to achieve growth through mergers, acquisitions and divestures


• Researches and analyzes potential acquisition candidates and performs competitive analyses, which help to identify trends and developments in the industry. 


• Develops financial models to evaluate potential acquisition and divestment opportunities and help determine appropriate valuation methodology and sensitivity analysis.

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred

7-10yrs minimum experience
