Technical Reporting Manager

International services firm positioned for continued growth is in search of a Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager. The thrust of this responsibility is to provide the organization with ongoing research and analysis around accounting and regulatory issues to ensure compliance with best practices. In addition, you will function as the lead for all external reporting including the K’s and Q’s and other SEC reporting requirements. 

This is a high visibility role with direct interaction with the CEO, CFO and Corporate Controller. The selected professional will be entrusted with the coordination and review of all public filings. Additional activities and responsibilities will include but are not limited to support of audits, review of the quarterly financials, issues of reporting compliance and various ad-hoc analysis including valuations of prospective acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Must have an excellent accounting education


• Must be a CPA with 4 plus years of experience with a national or large regional firm


• Strong GAAP and SEC reporting is required; Experience reporting for an international organization strongly preferred


• Exceptional interpersonal and writing skills essential to this responsibility
