Leading Global Financial Institution Job description :
-Assist in the month end close process for several funds, investor fund allocations/capital process and the preparation of financial statements and Net Asset Value (NAV) reconciliations. -Assist with other departmental responsibilities including asset allocation reporting, monitoring of outside investments and ad hoc requests. -Responsible for the opening new investor accounts ensuring compliance with the fund documentation, anti-money laundering requirements, statutory regulations and company policies and procedures, processing cash movements associated with investor activity, providing investors and their nominees with statements, contract notes and other documentation and handling queries from investors and fund managers as related to fund performance. Who we are looking for :
3-7 years prior accounting experience is required. Exposure to Hedge Fund accounting and Geneva is a definite plus.Previous experience with shareholder services and/or hedge fund experience preferredBS or BA from top school is required (and prefer undergraduate GPA in excess of 3.5)CPA a plusStrong analytical skillsExcellent accounting skills and experienceStrong communication (written and verbal) and spreadsheet skills. A strong work ethic and attention to detail combined with "big picture" problem-solving skills Whats on offer :
