Leading Global Hedge Fund is looking to add a compliance director with 8-15 years of mutual fund/40 Act Investment Advisory compliance experience. Who we are looking for :
Global Hedge Fund is looking for a compliance officer with 8-15 years of mutual fund compliance experience to work along side the funds Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and updating the firm wide compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a broad based mutual fund/Investment Company compliance skill set. The responsibilities include but are not limited to; board reporting, 38 a (1) reviews, reviewing advertising/marketing materials, handling regulatory issues/inquiries, drafting policies and procedures, code of ethics and daily trade compliance. Any hedge fund compliance experience will be a plus as well as any time spent as a regulator. This position offers candidates the opportunity to expand their skill set on the hedge fund side of the business. Excellent salary, benefits and stability are on offer. Whats on offer :
