The Controller will act as the financial executive for the organization. As a key business partner he/she will play a key role in continuing in pursuing aggressive growth and achieving financial goals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide direct supervision of Financial Accounting, Purchasing, IT, HR, and other functional areas. Coordinate monthly close process and review journal entries Responsible for accuracy and completeness of balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepare and review weekly financial forecasts and long-range financial plans. Conduct monthly P&L reviews to monitor actual to budget results for the organization Responsible for all capital expenditure approval, cost tracking and reporting. Oversees the divisional audits, while continuously challenging the process for improvement/automation opportunities. Ensures audits are in compliance with company standards, regulations, internal controls, and internal policies and procedures. Ensures that taxes are prepared and transmitted accurately Ensures procedures are in place for the proper receipt, storage and issuance of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies. Reviews monthly inventory and requisition reports to ensure accuracy of record keeping and proper safeguarding of physical assets Ensure departments are delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Who we are looking for :
Requirements: BS/BA degree in Accounting, MBA preferred CPA 10+ years of finance/accounting and/or public auditing experience Experience supervising large teams with ability to work well in team environment as well as independently International experience preferred The ability to work in a highly matrixed reporting environment with a global company Whats on offer :
