A subsidiary commercial bank holding company that has been servicing its clients for over 150 years has an excellent opportunity available for a seasoned Special Assets Officer for their Cleveland branch.

The Workout/Special assets Officer will work with troubled loans and loans the bank has decided to “exit” or get what they can and cut their losses.  This person takes over the relationship with clients from the banker, for instance a middle market lender, when loans are in default or are headed that way. You will work with lenders and assist in the management and deal with relationships with these loans.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5-10 years of commercial real estate lending experience or previous work out experience along with a Bachelor’s degree.
