Channel Underwriting Manager - East Division - 090...

Manages Loan Center Risk Managers for applicable Consumer Real Estate origination channel. Partners with Channel Fulfillment Executive,Channel Sales Executive, Credit Risk and Process partners to meet channel production, scorecard and quality goals. Manages consistent credit decisioning and credit quality for channel. Manages credit exceptions for channel to corporate standards. Provides oversight of risk issues. Ensures that associates with lending and credit authority are making sound credit decisions. Communicate risk trends clearly to business partners. Provides timely dissemination of credit risk/policy issues to Loan Center associates and line partners to enhance the customer experience. Supports credit training of new HSS, lenders, or underwriters as applicable, through Loan Center Credit Administration teams. 

Qualifications
Required Skills:

Clear understanding of credit strategy. Ability to influence. 10+ years management and underwriting. Significant conventional/FHA/VA/Bond level experience. Ability to manage teams remotely. Travel 25% of time.



Desired Skills:

Six Sigma Green belt certification or higher. Lean certified.
