Develop/Lead/Implement yearly plan, monthly forecast and month-end processes including establishment of time-tables, reporting requirenents and financial templates. Takes leadership to continuously improve consolidated reporting process. Takes high level concepts and translates them in an actionable strategy. Identify issues and provide solutions/strategies to address. Ability to persuade, affect change and drive time-line oriented results amongst a team without direct reporting responsibilities. Analyze detailed financials and make the higher level connections necessary to understand and report their impact as well as influence recommendations/strategies to improve financial results. Ability to help cross-train, coach, and develop peers to understand the integrated bigger picture. This is the lead consolidation role for GIDB with a base technology budget of $2.7 billion. 

Qualifications
Required Skills:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and 10 years experience. Strong analytical/organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.. Microsoft Office, Essbase & In$ight skills required.



Desired Skills:

CPA and/or MBA and experience with Hyperion is a plus.
