Description Key Role:
Work as an instructor in the areas of Threat Finance, Financial Intelligence, or Illicit Money Movement. Teach theory and practice of counter-threat and illicit financial analysis, including money laundering and terrorism financing and analytic methodologies relevant to the Intelligence Community (IC). Serve as an advocate and guide for students by providing continuity, clarification, and thematic instruction. Translate analytic methods and theories into real-world actions and deliverables. Provide a strategic view of the inter-dependencies of the topics and relationships to the overall themes and goals of the program. Reinforce the habits of critical thinking and IC collaboration. Consult on all activities related to the evaluation and revision of modules provided in the curriculum.Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, financial analysis, or financial investigation -4+ years of experience with finance, threat finance, or money laundering analysis -3+ years of experience with teaching or a teacher or instructor Certification -Top Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with federal law enforcement a plus -Experience with Combatant Command Threat Finance Cells preferred -Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Online training, including synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, and development -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance a plus -Financial Certification, including CPA, CAIA, CFA , Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or ACAMS a plus   Clearance:
