High profile position as a key Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Lender in this vibrant growth market.

Excellent opportunity for a successful C&I or Commercial Real Estate Lender to make immediate valuable impact.  You’ll have the opportunity for the following:

• Enjoy high market visibility, representing the bank in conducting active prospect and customer business development activities designed to generate desirable new loan, deposit and related business.


• Opportunity for substantial new business development, and building upon those commercial, real estate investor and developer client relationships in local market.


• Focus on Commercial and Commercial Real Estate loans including all principal property types and project development categories (typical loan size $250,000-$3,000,000++).


• Identify and cross-sell a wide range of corporate and commercial banking services, armed with an array of highly competitive product offerings.

You must possess these minimum background requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years progressive relevant commercial real estate lending and banking experience.


• BS, BA or BBA Degree required.


• Credit Underwriting and Sales training in sophisticated bank operating environment preferred.


• Successful candidate will bring a well-developed technical skill set to underwrite, negotiate, structure, and document loan transactions consistent with bank policies.


• Successful candidate will have demonstrated a well developed sales skill set, able to identify, pursue and close on new business opportunities with new and existing clients.


• Successful candidate will thrive in working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the organization.


• Strong business development, credit risk assessment and transaction structuring skills.


• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills.


• Commercial Real Estate lending experience a plus.
