• Developed and implemented IT Strategy and plans, conducted vendor selection/vendor management, managed systems implementations




• Led and managed diverse portfolios of complex initiatives, ranging from the very small, to large programs with clients across multiple regions 




• Led post-merger project management and/or integration efforts in one or more of the following areas: front-office equity, fixed income, commodities, currency, derivatives; middle-office finance, risk, operations, technology; back-office finance, accounting and risk management and technology 




• Performed operational, Sarbanes-Oxley / Internal Controls, and business process reviews.  Delivered recommendations to address operational, procedural, infrastructure enhancements.




• Developed organizational structures and operating models, implemented performance / productivity / efficiency improvements through head-count reductions, process renovation and technology transformation.




• Played a key role in advising clients or drove the launch of a new business, division or product/service portfolio in one or more of the following areas: finance and accounting, operations, technology, risk management, product/service innovation, marketing/business development

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Financial Services: Sell-Side Investment Banks / Capital Markets and Commercial Bank; Buy-Side (Custody and Asset Management); Alternative Investment Management / Hedge Funds; Other – Traditional Corporate and Consumer Banks, Credit Card and Mortgage Banks


• Have previous worked in Big 4 or National Accounting Firm


• Education – Strong undergraduate degree (engineering, Finance, Accounting, MIS/Computer Science)


•  MBA or other credentials are important (Masters, CPA, CFA, MBA)
