Job description :
Project and develop realistic revenue streams and take a lead role in the expansion of current revenue-generating intellectual and physical properties Direct and manage the budget, financial reporting, control systems, forecasting, accounting, and investment portfolio Oversee all grants, billing services and the allocation of funding Monitor the annual budget to provide advice on expenditures and making appropriate corrections in order to achieve realistic and attainable revenue projections and ensure fiscal stability Communicate financial information to the Finance Committee, Investment Committee, the Board of Directors, and the President and CEO Oversee facilities function which include all building maintenance, furniture fixtures and equipment, security, conference center, and related activities

Who we are looking for :
The ideal candidate will have 20 years of senior level problem solving, analytical, and forecasting experience, MBA required. In addition, the CFO will have a proven track record in financial and administrative management with an emphasis in the healthcare funding and reimbursement procedures with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing policies.
