Brookview Financial is seeking a motivated, senior producer experienced in raising private capital.  This position calls for an individual seasoned in fund raising, who has a current network of clients seeking believable, secured and sustainable yields.  The ideal candidate must have a solid record of accomplishment in private equity sales and securities, coupled with a proven ability to raise investment assets from endowments, foundations and/or high net worth individuals.  This candidate is responsible for raising capital by indentifying, establishing, building, and maintaining new and existing client relationships. 

The Company

Founded in 1992, Brookview Financial is an established specialty finance company providing short-term commercial loans to real estate investors for the purchase and renovation of residential 1-4 family properties (“Rehab Loans”) throughout the U.S.  The Company has a proven platform and is lending in 36 states.

While the need for rehab loans exists in any real estate cycle, the current availability of foreclosures and attractive purchase discounts makes this an unprecedented time to invest in rehab lending.  The rehab lending market is a highly-fragmented, niche mortgage lending sector that is generally under-served by conventional lenders. 

On November 18th, 2009 the Company will be launching its Real Estate Secured Rehab Loan Fund to accredited investors. Brookview believes it is an opportune time to provide investors with an alternative to the unpredictable, risky investment options available today.  The fund offers a secured investment, with premium yields.  The Private Placement Memorandum has been prepared and is ready to be distributed to prospective investors.  The ideal candidate for this position should be ready to hit the ground running. 

Position Requirements

The position of Director of Capital Markets/Senior Fund Raiser requires the ability to raise private capital.  This person will introduce accredited investors to Brookview, and assist these individuals as they choose which of the Company’s products best fits their investment requirements.  The ideal candidate is looking for significant career and financial growth and has a client base which seeks protection for their investment capital along with premium yields for that investment.  Compensation includes an accrued salary based on performance.  Brookview is interested only in a senior producer, not an “employee” seeking a 9-5 job, who is anxious and concerned primarily with a “sustenance wage.”   Compensation and recognition is received within the month business closes.
