Title: Vice President, Technology Products

Location: Atlanta

Altisource Portfolio Solutions is an innovative provider of services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions principally related to real estate and mortgage portfolio management, asset recovery and customer relationship management. Utilizing our integrated technology that includes decision models and behavioral based scripting engines, we provide solutions that improve our clients’ performance and maximize their returns.

Altisource has three primary business segments including:

• Mortgage Services (underwriting, due diligence, valuation, field services, real estate asset management and sales, settlement services, default services and component services)
• Financial Services (receivables and customer relationship management)
• Technology Products (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software)


Opportunity:

This position reports directly to the President and Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing on a strategy for positioning and selling technology products related to the mortgage origination, servicing and default services businesses initially focusing on the US market and, in the future, on international markets, principally in the European Union.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

•    Position the products as leaders in the mortgage industry through innovative product positioning and participation in various market forums. Demonstrate thought leadership in approaching business solutions using technology.
•    Develop pricing structure for all products. Review periodically and ensure that pricing is maintained competitive.
•    Develop innovative relationships to drive revenues / profitability for Altisource using technology products as a possible loss leader.
•    Manage the P&L and cost structure for the business of technology products.
Drive product sales.
•    Enhance the usability of the product suite to provide appropriate functionality, look-and-feel.
•    Show revenue growth of 25% and EBITDA growth of 25% over 2009
Sell REAL products to 10 customers (either embedded as part of Mortgage Services or stand-alone) per year.
•    Complete strategic plan for roadmap of the product suite to ensure leadership position.
Make 8 presentations in market-centric forums to enhance visibility to the product.


Candidate:

The ideal candidate needs to be a highly successful strategic leader and experienced sales professional with a history of successfully developing and profitably growing technology products. The candidate should have a diverse background in selling and providing high value technology products to the residential mortgage industry. This person will exhibit the following qualities:

Expertise & Experience

This position requires the candidate to have 8 plus years in technology products and 15 years of overall experience in the mortgage industry with an emphasis in product management and sales and marketing with profit and loss responsibility.
