Team Leader - Distressed Assets

Public financial services company in central Texas is looking to expand their distressed asset purchasing platform. 

A Team Leader is needed to organize and perform due diligence on loan and asset purchase opportunities up to $100 million.

Projects primarily center on the underwriting of public loan sale opportunities from the FDIC and commercial banks.

Responsibilities will include supervision of at least three team members and daily interaction with senior management.

Candidate must have an undergraduate business degree with previous supervisory responsibilities and at least 5 years of commercial lending, regulatory or commensurate experience.  Base salary + bonus between $100k-$150k.  Competitive benefit package includes medical, dental, life, cafeteria plan, and 401(k) plan.
