Job Description: Grow revenues by successfully prospecting new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Responsibilities include: sourcing prospects and developing new commercial/business banking relationships, cross-selling appropriate bank products and services to high net worth prospects. MUST BE FROM LOCAL AREA MARKET WITH CURRENT REFERRAL SOURCES/ BOOK OF BUSINESS PREFERRED Essential Functions: 1. Retains and expands relationships with existing customers. 2. Prospects for and closes new business relationships. 3. Solicit, develop and manage commercial credit and deposit relationships of high net worth individuals. 4. Manages credit quality and Analyze, negotiate, structure and present proposals to prospects 5. Must have a working knowledge of consumer deposit and credit products and have an understanding of sophisticated affluent and high net worth clients. 6. Develops and implements a plan for sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships. Develops customer base through cross-selling products and servicing current clients. Develops new business through interaction with external resources. 7. Manages assigned customer relationships and brings in appropriate product specialists as needed. 8. Resolves customer problems and acts as a liaison with other departments to ensure that the customer experiences the highest level of service and support. 9. Manages overall customer profitability. Develops and implements relationship strategies for cross-selling bank products and services. Satisfies customer requirements by providing a full array of loan, deposit, cash management and other appropriate bank products. 10. Responsible for keeping current on the bank’s lending policies, products and services. 11. Consults with customers regarding financial needs, recommends products and financial services including community banking products plus private banking deposit and consumer credit products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business development, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lending experience. Experience in managing a commercial loan portfolio and structuring loan transactions for high net worth clients.
