Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Work within team addressing bank examinations and regulatory inquiries

• Develop and manage various tracking processes to manage and report on examinations/inquiries

• Observe developments in bank regulatory and legislative policies and prepare briefing memos on development impact on business

• Draft updated policies on bank regulatory compliance  

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have:

Qualifications

• 6-20 years total experience

• 2 - 6 years experience at a regulatory body, IE- Federal Reserve, OTS, FDIC.

• Up to date knowledge of bank examination processes, policies, etc.   Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have both bank compliance and regulatory experience. Will consider strictly compliance background for a stellar candidate

- Ideal candidate can have a few years regulator plus a few years in small institution.
