Corporate Controller

One of the Triangle’s premier companies is seeking a Senior Officer/Controller to join their team. This position will be responsible for directing all aspects of accounting, managing all financial reporting, preparing and reviewing 10-Q, 10-K and annual reports for SEC filing, and managing audits and long-range strategic planning initiatives. The selected candidate will have a minimum of 7 years progressive experience working in a publicly traded software company and have a background in bank regulatory and SEC reporting.
