Director of Financial Reporting  

Responsibilities:

• Lead/assist in the preparation and review of external reporting documents including 10-Q, 10-K, and Annual Report of the Company 
• Oversee the completion of certain subsidiary financial statements
• Coordinate the completion of financial disclosure checklists and the external auditors’ review
• Work closely and coordinate with various Subject Matter Experts and Global Reporting leaders to receive required deliverables
• Oversee the preparation and completion of the Statement of Cash Flows as well as monthly and quarterly calculation of earnings per share.
• Respond to inquiries of (i) investor relations during the earnings release process and special requests related to presentations to the financial community for the CEO and CFO; (ii) GCO; and (iii) other regulatory related inquiries
• Leadership of managers, senior analysts, and analysts within External Reporting
• Special projects as needed, including enhancing policies and procedures around the external reporting process, through use of Six Sigma quality methodology

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting with CPA.  

• 8-11+ years experience in external reporting, accounting, technical accounting and financial analysis. At least 5 years in public accounting a plus, and prior SEC reporting experience is required
• Strong technical understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability and desire to develop and promote talents of individuals reporting to this position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Personally ensures the delivery of high quality service and consistently exceeds customers’ expectations and is self-motivated and proactive
