JOB DESCRIPTION

 Our client provides training to receive your licenses, base salary, commission and bonuses.  If you have solid sales experience, an aptitude for math and finances, a desire to help people, and a network to begin to build a clientele from then it’s time to apply!  We represent a major player in the industry who is seeking proven sales professionals to join their team.  Training is provided, but we are seeking experienced sales professionals with a minimum of 8-10 years sales experience.


 


Overview:
A seasoned sales professional will bring their consultative sales skills to the table to be matched with the leading industry training in order to help their clients realize their financial goals. Our select Advisors are provided extensive training to help build a book of business, which includes attracting and servicing relationships with clients. Our Advisors are responsible for assessing a client’s circumstances and objectives, both short and long-term.  Based on the clients’ needs our advisors will be trained to provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting. Our Advisors have access to a full range of products and services including but not limited to mutual funds, stocks, bonds, IRAs, credit & lending, insurance, estate planning, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree Highly Preferred and Desired

  • Seeking professionals with stable job history, no job hoppers please.

  • Candidates with 10 years sales experience in another career field are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong analytical aptitude (Must pass a math/financial aptitude test as part of the interview process.)  The aptitude is important for acquiring licensing in the industry! Coaching & Training Provided!

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and clients.

  • Entrepreneur Drive! If you have ever run your own business or ever wanted to then you have the drive we are talking about!

  • The keen ability to earn trust! This business is about building relationships and helping people live the life they are capable of and deserve. 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Pass all exams for licensing AFTER TRAINING!

  • Develop and cultivate your own client base/Prospect and service clients business. Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects. Build client relationships through the need for expert financial planning and wealth management.

  • Market and sell appropriate investment products, financial and wealth management services/products to clients.

  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

  • Attend meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current about financial products, services and policies.
