This is an excellent opportunity to work along the CCO at a leading global hedge fund in New York City. The fund is looking to add a deputy chief compliance officer to work along side the Chief Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years plus of mutual fund/Investment Company and hedge fund compliance experience. Previous experience as a regulator is also a plus. The role covers all areas of Investment Advisors compliance including but not limited to; reviewing marketing materials, handling regulatory issues/inquiries, drafting policies and procedures, code of ethics, trade compliance, managing junior staff and providing general regulatory advice internally and to the business. This is a great opportunity for seasoned compliance officers to take on a deputy role within a leading fund which is dynamic and growing. Who we are looking for :
The ideal candidate will have 7 -10 years plus of experience in hedge fund/ mutual fund asset management compliance. The candidate must have a strong 40 Act compliance background as well as the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. The position is within a dynamic organization with excellent compensation & benefits. Whats on offer :
