International Tax ManagerEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Review foreign income tax provisions for consistency with US GAAP. Assist in rolling foreign income tax provisions into the global provision. Review tax and financial data. Prepare 5471. Assist with transfer pricing. Research international tax issues and document conclusions. Develop and implement International Tax Planning strategies. Research and Manage tax advantaged financing strategies and debt placement Develop and implement foreign tax credit optimization strategies. Liaise with other departments and cross functional leaders as needed Ability to complete thorough research of international laws, regulations and standards. Ability to facilitate expert opinions when needed from both internal and external sources. Who we are looking for :
Position Requirements: Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices Detailed knowledge of FAS 109 and Fin 48 Working knowledge of international transfer pricing requirements. Bachelors in accounting CPA/MST Preferred Minimu of 5 years experience in the International Tax field Excellent written and oral communication skills Bachelors in accounting CPA, MST preferred Strong Whats on offer :
