Directs the work of 4 employees w/property management responsibilities for programs in our Sacramento and San Jose locations. Candidate is a working manager with program government property management assignments. Extended knowledge of FAR 52.245 -1, and MMAS DFARS 252.242-7004. Primary Audit focal for business area matters pertaining to property. Responsible for tracking and reporting Government/Customer owned Property - both GFP and CAP. Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel - between San Jose and Sacramento, may include some travel within the U.S. Required Skills: Strong listening, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are essential. Advanced MS Office Product use; SAP and Asset Smart experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of asset management processes for inventory, reconciliation, government excess, UID requirements required. Minimum qualifications: BS and 10 years of related experience or 14 years related experience in lieu of a degree. US Citizenship required. An active Secret clearance is required a Top Secret clearance is preferred. Security Clearance Required.
