Mortgage Origination Operations Leader

Our client company is adding a senior leader for its Mortgage Origination Operations center.  This is a full-time permanent, high growth opportunity, with competitive base pay and annual bonus plan.  Qualified candidates with prior experience leading mortgage origination groups, especially experience in building from ground up preferred.

-- Prefer minimum 10+ years experience in mortgage lending with 5+ years leading teams / business unit(s) in mortgage originations

-- Well versed in all phases of mortgage origination process, including front-end sales (app. generation), pre-closing, underwriting, closing, document prep., funding, title op’s, HMDA audits etc

-- Experience leading operation teams of 75+ full time employees

-- Prior experience in mortgage lending operations, such as at AVP level

--Must be US citizen

Candidates preferred within commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH - candidates willing to relocate themselves may also be considered.
