Senior Tax Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direction and support to tax associates as appropriate
Assist in preparation/review of domestic legal entity tax provisions and worldwide consolidated provision
Assist in preparation/review of federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns
Originate, plan and participate in federal, state and local, and international special projects
Manage all state audits including audits of income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, and property tax
Manage outsourcing engagement for all domestic sales and use and property tax filings

Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
MST and/or CPA a plus
5 10 years of domestic tax planning and compliance experience
A mix of public and private accounting experience preferred
Tax examination experience preferred
