Senior Tax Attorney

This role is responsible for analysis of tax laws within a particular jurisdiction and their application to the firm in order to file an accurate and complete tax return. Knowledge in the following specialties may be required: US Federal and State income, sales, property, and US international taxes, and non-US tax in local jurisdictions, as well as VAT in specific jurisdictions, and taxation of employee benefits.  This may require knowledge of tax requirements for transfer pricing and customs activities. 

Required 

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7-8+ yrs total experience
• At least 5 years experience in tax, preferably with Big 4 or law firm
• At least 5 years experience in with a wide variety of US consolidated return Subchapter C and US international tax issues
• English: Fluent

Preferred 

• At least 2+ years experience in compliance
• At least 2 years experience in working with tax authorities
• At least 5 years experience in consulting
