We are seeking a highly motivated and talented tax professional with experience at the Director or VP level for a long-term (over 1 year) interim assignment at a publicly traded company.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:

? 15+ years of relevant professional tax experience; preferably a combination of Big 4 and large Corporate Tax Department experience

? CPA or MT

? International tax experience
